Build Your Talent Stack

Education and skill building
As a parent of older kids (14-18) you need to aid your kids by helping them to learn as many valuable skills as possible. You’re kids are capable of so much more than most parents typically expect.

Here’s a few things they can do and places they can go to learn valuable skills:

Learn to design and build a home at the Shelter Institute – $7,000
Become an EMT for $1,500 (cost varies depending on where you live)
Earn a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu $2,000
Take a beginner horsemanship/ranch work class for $2,500 in Texas:

You could go to a 7-day wilderness survival school – $2290:

Learn how to write copy that sells – $497:

Learn Spanish through real conversations BaseLang – $1200
Attend a wrangling school in Wyoming – $2,500:

You could get your student flight certificate for $75-$250, then go on to get your private pilot license for $15,000-$20,000
Many of these things are better for 16-18 year olds.

Unfortunately, many places that teach skills require you to be at a certain age to attend. But, the things on this list (and many other skills) are great for your older kids.

Who knows how the world will change and what skills will be more useful than others. Either way, an individual should have some sort of skill set, your children included. Skills will give them the confidence and competence to confront whatever future comes their way.

While your older kids are off learning skills there’s something you need to do for your younger kids (13-15)…

The Politics of Hate

Trying out something new, a video message.

Also to back this up is a good article from Glen Greenwald about how our capacity to reason diminishes during the highly charged climate surrounding a war and war propaganda from BOTH sides.

The Great AI Debate

You would have to be living under a rock to not have heard about AI. Artificial Intelligence, either the great savior of human kind, or the precursor to Sky-net that will destroy us all. Which is it?

First of all, this post was NOT written by AI. So apologies for any mistakes. There is a confusion in terms I believe, as most of the AI's people are thinking of (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, etc.) are really LLM or Large Language Models. These are not really "intelligent" but just using mathematics to predict what words are needed to complete the question. Which is why people say AI "lies" too much. Not really, its just predicting words that complete the query and has no concept of what even lying really is.

So is it a bubble? Is it the next industrial revolution? This is the question of the day, and to help answer it, let me point to a few videos that have just been released that give relevant information:

All-In Podcast from 29th of May, 2026 see's a very pro-AI panel debate on if the layoffs in ...

Michael Saylor and the BTC Kayfebe

Michael Saylor shared something recently that may have gone unnoticed by most.... he said it in an interview with Tom Bilyeu recently.... here is the clip:

https://x.com/TheBTCTherapist/status/1869507247526793481

MICHAEL SAYLOR: The first nation to print their own currency to buy Bitcoin wins.

Paul from invest answers then also put together the fact that MSTR is applying to issue more stock to buy more BTC.... is that the same thing? Basically, people will be using fiat to buy stock that will be used to purchase BTC. But the BTC supply is limited.... so get your MSTR (or your BTC) soon! (NOT financial advice....)

But this is not what Satoshi's original 2008 whitepaper (https://bitcoin.org/en/bitcoin-paper) had in mind when it developed Bitcoin, it was suppose to be a peer to peer cashless transaction system, right?

Roger Ver thinks so, and wrote a book about it called Hijacking Bitcoin. This video is a summary of that book ...
