We are going to have to battle for the right to choose the food we want to eat, as we are seeing more and more authoritarian measures by the FDA and local Dept of Agriculture in various states.
Case 1, Amos Miller. A simple Amish farmer, who has been farming and providing raw milk and grass fed meat to a very loyal customer base, who never had any complaints, has been raided, ordered to stop producing food, has had his products seized and ordered to destroy them (not even use them to feed his own family).

Related to this is also the scaremongering about fresh farm products, like raw milk. If you just listen to the legacy news, then you probably think its dangerous....

The alternative from the government agencies is to follow the SAD and eat all types of processed food, laced with HFCS and industrial seed oils that are driving up obesity rates and perhaps also causing a lot more health issues with our fellow countrymen.

The task is clear. We need to push back on government overreach on local farms, we need to buy local and grow our own food as much as possible, and we need to go back to the way we used to prepare food and avoid all Big Ag, Big Pharma and Big Government sanctioned food.

You would have to be living under a rock to not have heard about AI. Artificial Intelligence, either the great savior of human kind, or the precursor to Sky-net that will destroy us all. Which is it?
First of all, this post was NOT written by AI. So apologies for any mistakes. There is a confusion in terms I believe, as most of the AI's people are thinking of (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, etc.) are really LLM or Large Language Models. These are not really "intelligent" but just using mathematics to predict what words are needed to complete the question. Which is why people say AI "lies" too much. Not really, its just predicting words that complete the query and has no concept of what even lying really is.
So is it a bubble? Is it the next industrial revolution? This is the question of the day, and to help answer it, let me point to a few videos that have just been released that give relevant information:
