This is something that we all desire, so it is one of the areas that we research the most, understand the least, and yet because its high focus, it has the most scammers, grifters, and just plain wrong advice to be found. So let me add my two cents!
I think that the least understood mechanism in the body is the role of insulin, but also it has the key. To be put simply;
High Insulin = Fat Storage
Low Insulin = Fat Burning
Well, ok that's over simplistic, I know. But as we ignore insulin and our cells develop insulin resistance, we grow in size and develop diabetes. The question is now how to reverse or avoid that. In that, this short short video from Dr. Berg really sums up a lot of good points that I think are for all of us!
Key points (a slightly modified version from the video);
- Keep Insulin levels normal to low, ie eat low carb, with fattier proteins, and no industrial seed oils and no sugars (even natural ones!)
- Employ fasting as much as possible, no breakfast, no snacking as much...

After reading the blog post on Hersey and Liberty, and as we see in the video from Doug Casey on why they think America is doomed to vote in "Commie-La", I think they have missed the bigger picture on the American electorate and what is driving the upcoming election.
Going through history, the three things that are the biggest motivations for the motivation to "Throw the bums out" are;
1. It's the Economy, stupid
2. How safe am I now?
3. Foreign Wars
Maybe the 2nd and 3rd reasons are intertwined, but this is the main three. And Commie-La, as much as she may try to run against the current administration, people know, she is part of the machine in power. With all three of these big picture items against her, the chances she pulls this off are extremely low.
